This months STC Credit Value has been frozen at $700 for both the HydroTherm Dynamic & Rapid Models installed in a Zone 3 postcode. For other August Credits please see Table below.

We believe the STC price per certificate should remain relatively stable around $25 over the coming months. This would allow us to maintain the current credit levels for a few more months, with a possible increase in value towards the final quarter. Currently the biggest unknown for the future of STC values, is how rapidly the rollout of roof top P.V will continue in Queensland. Up to 100 000 additional homes applied to have P.V installed in a last minute rush to secure the 44c feed in tariff. If even a small percentage of these applications are installed every month, then the pressure will remain downwards on STC prices.
